Acroyoga Workshop in Kuala Lumpur on 28th Nov 2010

Welcoming Marc Bauchet back to KL for his 2nd Acroyoga workshop with us.

A brief write up about Marc :-

After years of martial arts practice (mainly Kung Fu and Tai Chi) I began my yogic journey at the end of 2001 with daily Bikram practice. In parallel I studied Contact Yoga in the tracks of Ken Scott Nateshvar and followed his teacher trainings in 2002 and 2003. In the meantime I explored various styles of Yoga and am now alternating between Iyengar and Ashtanga, and exploring other styles (recent crush on Anusara). After several AcroYoga workshops I dived deeper in the practice by taking the 2008 teacher training in the magic Greek island of Lesvos. AcroYoga is for me a delicious cocktail of Yogic wisdom, acrobatic fire, and the healing sweetness of Breema and Thai massage. This year 2010, I am deepening my practice by training in Tulayoga (aerial bodywork), and joining the Thai Massage Circus.
Let's fly and heal!
