Teacher's Bio :-

Loo liLing
IiLing has been a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner since 2003. She is authorized to teach the traditional method from the Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.

Enthralled by the tradition, grace and dynamism of the practice, IiLing left her architectural career in London to teach full-time. She undertook an apprenticeship with Michael Gannon in 2006 and assisted Hamish Hendry at Astanga Yoga London for 2 years. She has taught at various studios as well as running independent Mysore self-practice classes in London and Kuala Lumpur.

Taught in its traditional form, she believes that the practice is a complete system that is capable of developing a healthy and strong body, a balanced emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and more importantly, peace of mind. She continues to be inspired, amazed and humbled by the transformational and healing practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
