Class : Gentle Flow (Beginner/Intermediate)

Time : 7.00-8.15pm

2) Thursday (11/12)

Class : Flow Vinyasa (Beginner/Intermediate)

Time : 7.00-8.15pm

Time : 10.30am-12.00 noon
